@Copwatchtv obtained body and security camera footage of a shoplifter who was stealing items from a local Target. The person was identified as Dr. Melissa Ivers, who was employed by the University of New Mexico as a chief medical officer. She makes over $300,000 a year from UNM and used a scheme to self check out from Target by scanning different items.
