The pedal was designed in conjunction with Wata, guitarist of the beloved and influential Japanese heavy experimental trio Boris. Seriously! Wata entrusted EQD (and the international postal system) with her favorite fuzz, the Japanese produced ELK BM Sustainar, and our circuit-bending warlocks studied it closely and conjured up this beautiful heavy fuzz beast!
