Bulimulus sporadicus (d'Orbigny, 1835)

This exotic species, native to South America, was initially discovered in northeast Florida in 2009 and has steadily spread to other locations. This video was filmed along the CSX Transportation railroad line at the Stockton Street crossing in downtown Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida on 6/15/2013 where the snails are abundant.
