We’ve been following around this Hellcat that was built by High Horse Performance for some time now and it has finally managed to pull off a 9 second pass at Cecil County Dragway! If it were to do it just a few hours earlier, it would’ve been the first in the 9s. Even though it wasn’t the first, it is the fastest currently by almost .2 of a second!
