Coconut Makhana Laddu is a delicious Indian sweet made on fasting days or any special occasion. There is a goodness of makhana and coconut. It is a energy booster. #makhanenariyalkeladdu #nariyalladdu #makhanekeladdu Ingredient quantity Paras cow ghee 2 tbsp Cashew nut chopped 2 tbsp Almond sliced 2 tbsp Pistachio chopped 2 tbsp Raisins 2 tbsp Fox nut 2 cup Paras cow ghee 7 tbsp Semolina 3 tbsp Dry coconut 2 cup Green cardamom powder ½ tsp Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder ½ tsp Dry ginger powder 1 tsp Sugar powder 1 cup Method • Take kadai on medium flame and add paras cow ghee, cashew nut, almond, pistachio, raisins and makhne sauté until all nuts become golden. • Take out the makhana in a bowl and keep it aside to cool. • Take kadai place on medium flame and add paras cow ghee, semolina and dry coconut sauté for minute until become lite golden brown. • Then side out in other mixing bowl and add all sauté nuts. Cashew nut, almond, pistachio and raisins. • Then add green cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and dry ginger keep it aside • Take a mixer jar and add roasted makhane and grind it. • In that bowl add crushed makhane and mix well. • Then add powder sugar. • Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into laddu balls. • We have to make laddu from this mixture only when it is slightly hot. Otherwise laddu will not be made. • Take out in serving plate and garnish with pistachio.
