Weight Loss Advice: Now That I Am No Longer Obese, Just Overweight... ... I can now give you advice on how to lose weight! On 13th February 2024, I was Obese according to my BMI (94kgs, tall). Today, on 7th April 2024, I am now classified as just Overweight (), a mere 8kgs away from my ideal weight. I have lost 7kgs in 1 Month and 3 Weeks. I wish I had understood what I understand now 10 years ago: weight loss is 80% Diet and 20% Exercise! FYI, the main enemy of weight loss, is hidden sugar. I know exactly how hidden sugar works to prevent weight loss, but I will not go into the specifics here because that would be a 3000 word essay. Just limit your intake of Carbohydrates and hidden sugar. Another FYI, there is hidden sugar in everything! I can tell you which foods are best if you ask me. Once you have been able to control your intake of hidden sugar, the next step is Carolific Deficit. The easiest way to do that is to take small portions below the recommended daily intake. The other way is to take the recommended daily carolie intake, then exercise them off. e.g. today, I burned 2332 Carolies walking 30 Kilometres, if I had taken my daily recommended 2500 Carolies, I would be in deficit because, my remainder would have been 168 Carolies today.
