This snickerscake is my all time favorite cake with peanuts, vanilla creamcheese, sticky caramel and a thick layer of chocolate. Try it out for yourself :-) Recipe: 3 eggs 80g sugar pinch of salt Mix it for 10 minutes until it looks like whipped cream 30ml cooking oil 50ml milk add it while mixing. 80g flour 20g baking cocoa 1 tbsp baking powder mix it and add half of it to the egg-mix, mix it gently and add the other half. Mix it gently again. Pour it all in a 20cm springform and bake it at 180 degree celcius for 30 minutes. Caramel: 220g sugar 100g butter 140ml cream 150g salted peanuts Melt sugar at medium heat. Add butter and stir. Then add cream and stir again. Keep at medium heat for 5 minutes. Cream cheese filling: 400g cream cheese 75g powdered sugar 110ml cream (you can also add vanilla if you want) Put it all in a bowl and mix it for 5 minutes. When the cake has cooled, slice it in 3 layers. Put 1 slice/layer in another tall-sided 20cm springform. Add half the cream cheese filling and add half the caramel. Do the excact same thing for next layer. Finish by adding the last cake-layer on top. Melt 150g chocolate and chop 50g peanuts. Mix it together and pour it over the cake. You can add a little cooking oil, if you want the chocolate to be more shiny and easier to cut. Let it cool and enjoy a huge piece of this sinful cake :-) Music: Sleep by Teodholina - Pixabay
