As Tibetan cheese such as churship is hard to get abroad, many people asked me for a substitute. The recipes in this video are not the traditional Tibetan way to make cheese, especially since dri (female yak) -milk is used in Tibet. However, the dried version I will show you, is quite similar in taste to the original Tibetan churship.
