DT” 5 Rounds: 12 Deadlifts 9 Hang Power Cleans 6 Push Jerks Barbell: 155/105 Time - 4:43 Went with the comptrain open version of DT today rather than going the heavy version since we just tested that a few months ago. Haven’t done normal DT since 2016. My best time before today was 7:34. Happy with my performance but was shooting for under 4:30. Fell apart at the end. I’ll do better next time.
