Mandatory Credit: Russian Investigative Committee A military transport plane Il-112V crashed in a forested area near Moscow on Tuesday, killing all three crew members on board. The deceased were reportedly two pilots and a flight engineer. According to the Russian Interior Ministry, the plane crashed during a test flight from the airfield Kubinka to the international airport Zhukovsky, when it was coming in for a landing near the village of Nikolskoye. The Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case into the plane crash.
