#LungFungSoup prepared with mixed vegetable with egg White a juicy and tasty combo very much preferred during the monsoon. Lung Fung Soup is a nutritious dish very rich in vital nutrients required for the body. Lung Fung Soup can be easily made at home and requires very few ingredients. #lungfungsoup #recipe INGREDIENTS QUANTITY Oil 2-3 tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Green Chilly chopped 3-4 no’s Mix vegetables chopped 1 cup [Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, French beans & Capsicum] Salt to taste White pepper ½ tsp Asafoetida a pinch Black salt ½ tsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Water 4 cups ½ cup Spinach puree ½ cup Millet flour 2 tsp Egg white 3 no’s METHOD:- 1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilly, mix well and saute for 30 sec. 2. Then add mix vegetable chopped like [cabbage, carrot, onion, French beans & capsicum] mix well and saute on high flame for 1 min. 3. Then add salt, white pepper, hing, black salt & chaat masala, mix well and saute for 1 min. 4. Add 4 cups of water, mix well and bring it to boil. 5. Meanwhile take a bowl, add millet flour and water, mix well and make a slurry. Keep it aside. 6. Take 3 egg white in another mixing bowl and Wisk well. 7. After boiling of soup then add ½ cup of spinach puree and mix well. 8. Add millet flour slurry and bring to boil it for 1-2 mins. 9. Then add the beaten egg whites and mix it well. 10. Remove in serving bowl and serve hot.
