Body Flow Movement for Relaxed Punching

There are two types of striking: Momentum strikes and structure strikes. Then you have a combination of the two. Momentum strikes are relaxed and loose, using the body flow dynamics to throw out the arm. You can see this in some Tai Chi, Systema and some internal Kung fu styles, and this is what I am using in this video. Structure strikes are grounded and use a strong structure behind the strike. These are like traditional martial arts - Karate or some Kung Fu. And the combination of the two is like boxing, which uses both structure and flow. (This is a generalisation and most martial arts use a combination of the two). Here I am trying to show the dynamics of the most powerful punch we can generate with our body (the overhand cross) and some of the exercises that I use to build up to it (I am not saying that I can throw the most powerful punch!
