10,000 ballots printed for Moldovans in Russia amid 500,000 eligible voters

Long queues formed in Moscow this morning as Moldovan citizens sought to cast their ballots in a presidential election and constitutional vote back home. However, despite an estimated 500,000 eligible voters in Russia, only 10,000 ballots were available. We spoke with those waiting in line to gather their reactions.
