Try out this Tandoori Anda Paratha Roll and let us know how it turned out. #TandooriEggParathaRoll #tandoorichicken #EggParathaRoll #SooperChef Tandoori Egg Paratha Roll Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken Preparation: Boneless Chicken 800 g Yogurt 1 cup Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Oil 1/4 cup Marinated Chicken Coal piece (heated) 1 Oil (for smoke) 1/2 tsp Ingredients for Red Sauce Preparation: Tomato ketchup 1 cup onion (cubes) ½ cup Garlic cloves 3 Fresh red chilies 4-5 Cumin seeds 1 tsp Ingredients for Mayo Garlic Sauce: Mayo 1 cup Garlic (chopped) 1 ½ tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Black pepper 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste Ingredients for Chicken Veggie Mixture: oil 1 tbsp Prepared tandoori chicken onion rings 1 cup Jalapenos (sliced) 1/4 cup Ingredients for Egg Paratha: Uncooked Roti 1 Beaten eggs 3 Ingredients for Assembling: Egg Paratha Garlic mayo sauce Tandoori Chicken Red Sauce Directions for Tandoori Chicken Preparation: 1. In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice and mix well. marinate the chicken for 25-30 minutes. 2. In a pan heat oil and marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is fully done. Now turn the off flame, place a preheated coal in aluminum cup in pan, drizzle oil on the coal piece. Cover and smoke for 1 minute. Your tandoori chicken is ready. Directions for Red Sauce Preparation: 3. In a glass jar add tomato ketchup, onion, garlic, fresh red chilies, cumin seeds and bell well into smooth paste. Your red sauce is ready. Directions for Mayo Garlic Sauce Preparation: 4. In a bowl add mayo, garlic, vinegar, black pepper, salt and mix well. your mayo garlic sauce is ready. Directions for Chicken Veggie Mixture Preparation: 5. In a pan heat oil and add onion rings, jalapenos and stir fry for 1 minute. 6. Add tandoori chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. Your chicken veggie mixture is ready. Directions for Egg Paratha: 7. Place Roti on a heated Griddle. When one side is cooked drizzle oil on it and on the other side pour beaten eggs and cook. Your egg paratha is ready. Directions for Assembling: 8. Place egg paratha on board, drizzle mayo garlic sauce on it, add chicken veggie mixture, drizzle red sauce, mayo garlic sauce and wrap the roll. 9. Your tandoori anda paratha roll is ready.
