An edit I made of scenes from the documentary film Streetwise (1984) set to the song City Baby by Jonathan Bree. Streetwise was made by Martin Bell and Mary Ellen Mark and documents street kids living in Seattle. It was shot on 16mm film and is one of the great documentaries of the 20th Century. Streetwise is available from the Criterion Collection / Criterion Channel. I recently rewatched this film around the time I heard this song for the first time and felt compelled to make this. I hope you enjoy - with respect to the musician, film-makers and all involved.
