Hey, everyone! In this video, I'm going to share with you my swimming routine and my goals for the new year. I love swimming and I've been doing it since '94. I can swim pretty fast, but I want to get even faster by doing some drills with kickboard and fins. I've heard that they can really improve your speed and technique. So that's what I'm going to try in the next few months. I'm also into cycling and weight lifting, and I want to show you some of the cool equipment I use at the OC Ozark Community Center. They have everything from spinning cycles to cable machines. I don't have a specific plan yet, but I know I need to work on different parts of my body and keep my legs in bike shape. I'm going to follow some of the tips from Sam, who is a bodybuilder and has a great channel. You should check him out if you haven't already. So that's it for this video.
