In this 30 min Circuit HIIT workout | Dumbbells, Kettlebell and Bodyweight | Repeat , we will have 4x bundles of 5 exercises for 2 rounds in total. Performing each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between and a 20 second rest after each bundle. Exercise 1: Dumbbell Exercise 2: Bodyweight Exercise 3: Kettlebell Exercise 4: Bodyweight Exercise 5 : ABS Let's Go!
