Sheng Shou has the meaning of “virtuoso.“ In this video shifu Yang shows the exercises that comprises his system and his skill. They range from methods of striking in the Southern Shaolin manner, to one arm push ups and cartwheels done not only by his muscular assistant but BY HIMSELF. He shows a number of applications for his movements. This video starts with a demonstration of the Sheng Shou 36 techniques, a linking set of strikes and lines mean obviously as a basic skills form.
