Stretching after cycling reduces muscle tension, improves blood flow, helps prevent injuries, and can improve your overall performance. This routine is designed for cyclists, but is a great whole body stretching routine for everyone. Open up the hips and upper body and release tension out of the quads and hamstrings. We recommend doing this stretching & mobility routine after a workout or ride as a cool-down to lengthen and release tension out of your muscles.
