The photograph analyzed here (ESP_024515_1320) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 19 October 2011 and is described as 'Field of Transverse Aeolian Ridges in Proctor Crater.' Here I feature a new anomaly I discovered at a site I previously featured in Proctor in a region of Mars called Noachis Terra. I used Topaz Labs' Gigapixel Recover to upscale this image. Could boats have been used on Mars by a previous ancient civilization? Other Mars researchers have found objects that resemble capsized boats in Rover photographs. The evidence I present, in my opinion, is very compelling and I personally believe this topic needs further study by NASA. As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
