🔘The band was formed in 1984, when bassist and vocalist Mem Von Stein, at a Slayer concert, met guitarist Ray Mensch. They wanted to start a real thrash metal band and in that same year the band was formed under the name Tártaros, which would later change to Exumer. The band has released 2 demos and 4 full albums, despite not being a very popular band, Exumer has recorded very high quality thrash, with their 2 albums being considered within the thrasher field as true key albums of the genre. 1987 - “Rising from the Sea“ In 1987 the band's lineup would change, in which the bassist, vocalist and founder of the band Mem Von Stein would no longer participate, he would be replaced by the bassist and vocalist Paul Arakaki.
