Pinan Sono San Count 2 & 4: Execute the Uchi-Uke Gedan-Barai with the Heisoku-Dachi. Knees must be flexed and keep the buttocks tight. Count 11: Stance must be the Heisoku-Dachi. The Seiken must touch the hip (belt position). Count 19: From the Hidari-Zenkutsu-Dachi, slide the right foot to the Heisoku-Dachi position and use the left foot to turn backwards 180 degrees to make the Kiba-Dachi. Count 20: From the Kiba-Dachi, use the Hidari-Kakato-Geri to the groin of the opponent positioning behind you, and slide to the right to execute the Migi-Hiji-Uchi and the Hidari-Seiken-Jodan_Zuki to the backwards at the same time the Kiba-Dachi is completed.
