Flood warnings are in place across England and Scotland due to heavy rain, with some regions expecting nearly four inches of rain in a few hours, potentially leading to localized flooding. Adding to the severe weather conditions, the Tornado and Storm Research Organisation (Torro) has warned of the potential for multiple tornadoes in Northern Ireland and Scotland. This includes a strong tornado risk for Northern Ireland and the possibility of severe hail and lightning from supercell thunderstorms.
