A direct performance comparison between Unreal Engine 4 and Unreal Engine 5 of The Isle Evrima. Both versions were running on Epic settings at 1440p using RTX 4070 Ti, i5-13600K and 32 GB of DDR5 RAM. DISCLAIMER: To ensure the similarity of the benchmarks, both versions use the same (Epic) in-game setting and both recordings were done in an almost empty server as the stress test server hasn't been full after embargo lifted. Only difference was that the ST server had daylight paused at midday and I don't know how much that affects performance other than sunrise and sunset tanks the performance. However I went back to UE4 server and I paused daytime to midday and ran the same tests but didn't use them in the video since the results were almost identical or slightly lower and I already had started editing. ►Subscribe ►PC Specs GPU:NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti CPU: Intel i5-13600K RAM: 32 GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance 5600 MHz MB: Asus PRIME Z690-P AIO: NZXT Kraken X63 SSD: 1 TB Samsung 980 Pro M.2 PSU: Corsair RM1000X Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow 0:00 - 0:55 Grassland 0:55 - 1:38 Forest 1:38 - 2:27 Nesting Grounds 2:27 - 5:51 Ravine 5:51 - 7:07 Swamp 7:07 - 7:52 Water 7:52 - 8:32 Results
