The Ukrainian President seems to have played his old tape in his new interview. Volodymyr Zelensky has once again blamed NATO as his forces fail to make gains. Zelensky admitted that Kyiv can't even “think of countering Russia in some regions.“ Zelensky alleged that the West's delay in weapons delivery led to the setbacks.
