This gave 120 days to comply with the ruling either by... registering the pistol with ATF as an NFA item known as a Short Barreled Rifle, removing brace and keeping them separate, removing and destroying the brace, making the firearm compliant by adding a 16“ barrel and the firearm being 26“ inches overall length as well, Turing brace into ATF, or destroying the firearm or turning the pistol into ATF.
