New Year's Eve on Jomtien Pattaya Beach Road and celebrations in Soi Welcome. New Year is a big event in Thailand and a national holiday so I made this video to show you what things look like on Jomtien Pattaya Beach as many Thai people arrive from Bangkok to celebrate the New Year in Jomtien.
