A new world record was set at 1 minutes 35 seconds couple of days ago by Dan Bailey. During our cabin weekend of boozing and “carnivoring“, we wanted to test how “good“ the new WR time really is. CrossFit workout, nicknamed “Diane“, has two exercises: - Deadlift 225 lbs (100 kg) - Handstand push-ups (lifters own weight)(Mika weighs 180 lbs / 81 kg, 5'5 / 164cm) - Repetitions: 21-15-9 reps, for time Mika is a Finnish bodybuilder and will be competing in bodybuilding this year (2012). Mika is not a CrossFit-trainer, in fact, this is the first time he has tried this workout.
