Chicago is one of my favorite festivals to attend. There's so much good talent in one room it rivals the largest tattoo festival in the world, Philadelphia. A ton of great artwork was done this weekend and it was tough covering the tattoo contests due to a lack of lighting on the back end of the festival. Enjoy the video and look forward to the next one!
