Unexpected two old pocket knives restoration - kind of! While helping my friend to move his tools to new workshop, I found two old pocket knives on wooden beam. It was not easy to spot, because the pocket knives were covered with small wooden bits and saw dust. When I pulled them out I couldn’t see clearly markings or type, but I was sure they were pocket knives. Then suddenly he said to me, if you want, just take them. I was excited and I replied promptly, hell yeah! They are gorgeous and in my head restoration bulb switched on 💡... I could read on the bigger ‘banana’ pocket knife ” 839”. And during restoration I was able to read markings on smaller pocket knife ” 900-10”. Solingen Germany produced these knives. I restored already several Solingen pocket knives and because of that I enjoyed even more in this restoration. I know they are well made.
