Foam Forging a Sturdy Metal Chest Piece from Fallout 4

For all you Wastelanders out there who need to beef up your wimpy Vault Tec gear, look no further. I have decided to try and make a full cosplay from Fallout 4. I have see lots made, mostly the leather armor, and wanted something a little “heavier“, so I settled on the Sturdy Metal Armor. In this build I used 8 mm, 4 mm and 2 mm EVA, velcero, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, and some wax/acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools:heat gun, a Dremel with various bits, a wood burner and xacto knife or box cutter.
