Demonstration: Huo Ruiting (the fifth generation descendant of Yang's Qingping Sword, Vice Chairman of Shenyang Tai Chi Research) Qingping Sword Technique: Unique style, its movements are unpretentious, elegant and refined, and when practiced, it seems to be advancing but retreating, with light turns and unpredictable changes. It has substantial content, rigorous structure, a set of moves within a set of moves, a hidden move within a style, hardness in softness, strength in virtuality, alternating attack and defense, and no false moves. The move labels of Qingping Sword Technique are also composed of two, three, four, and five character groups. Each move has a five-character or seven-character hymn, which matches the name and reality, or is based on allusions, images, or myths and legends. The format is unified and the concepts are integrated. This film is demonstrated in person by Mr. Huo Ruiting, a direct disciple of the famous martial artist Mr. Wang Qing
