Recipe - Serves 2: 6 oz of skin off tomatoes 4 oz water 1 oz of fresh orange (usually half a navel orange) 1 oz of fresh lime juice ¼ oz of Worcestershire sauce ¼ oz of gluten free low sodium tamari 2 small slices of jalapeno 2 small sticks of chopped celery ⅛ tsp onion powder ⅛ tsp of garlic powder ⅛ tsp salt ⅛ tsp of pepper Southbound Reposado Beginning with tomatoes, place all ingredients other than tequila into a glass bar pitcher. Mix with an immersion blender. Add Reposado, stir with a bar spoon and pour into ice-filled Tajin-lined glasses.
