One day, Lizuca can’t stand her hard life full of humiliation and runs away from home to return to her grandparents’ house near the grove. He catches her at night in the forest and she falls asleep in the hollow of a tree. She dreams that the grove transforms into a happy world full of creatures and fairy-tale characters. In the morning, she is found by her grandparents and taken to the old house.
