Ingredients Minced pork 200g Glutinous rice 100g Dried shiitake mushrooms 4-5 pieces Half a carrot Onion Half Green onion 1 stick Ginger 1 slice Garlic 2 slices Cooking wine 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 tbsp White pepper 2g Salt 3g Recipe: 1 Place 100g of glutinous rice in a container, wash it well and soak it in water for about 2 hours. 2 Place 4 dried shiitake mushrooms and soak them in hot water for about 20 minutes. 3 Dice the onion, dice the carrot, dice the green onion, dice the ginger and dice the garlic 4 Dice the soaked mushrooms. 5 Mix the chopped onions, carrots, green onions and other ingredients with the ground pork 6 Add 1 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 g of white pepper and 3 g of salt and mix well. 7 Form the minced pork into a ball with your hands and put it into the glutinous rice, rolling the meat ball to coat it with the glutinous rice. 8 Place the finished glutinous rice balls into a steamer. 9 Put enough water in a pot, turn on the gas to high heat and steam the glutinous rice meatballs for 25-30 minutes, ready to serve.
