Russian intelligence officers discovered and escorted a column of new reserve forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces heading to the north of the Kharkov region. The final destination is unknown, but a building was chosen as one of the transshipment points Palace of Culture “Zheleznodorozhnikov” in the city of Izyum, Kharkov region.
