Prepare good and healthy recipes with us! 1 cup (100 g) rolled oats. 3 medium apples. 1/2 cup (120 ml) water. 1 banana. Rinse 3.5 oz (100 g) dried cranberries in hot water. Rinse 3.5 ounces (100 g) raisins in hot water. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional. Mix all ingredients until smooth. 1/2 cup (50 g) favorite nuts.
