Bhindi masala preparation time :10 mins cooking time :15 mins Serving : 4pax Ingredients quantity Ladyfinger 1 cup Oil for frying 3 tbsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Garlic chopped 1 tsp Ginger julienne 1 inch 1/2 inch Green chilli 3-4 nos 2 nos Onion chopped 2 nos Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomato chopped 2 nos Salt to taste Red chilli powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Dry mango powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Curd 1/4 tsp Tomato cubes 2-3 nos Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Coriander sprig for garnish Method : 1. Heat a oil in a kadhai, add lady finger allow it to fry for 2-3 mins. 2. Meanwhile in a plate place absorbent paper, and remove the fried ladyfinger and place it over the plate, keep it aside. 3.
