Understanding Turboprop Engines: Thrust Generation and Comparison with Turbofan Engines!

Hi. In this video we will be looking at the construction and working of a Turbofan Engine. We look at the principle of thrust creation on a Turbofan engine and in a Turboprop engine on the basis of Newton's Second Law. We also look at the major sections of a Turbo Prop engine - the Engine Core and the Propeller. Then we see how the Thrust is created on this engine with the propeller and the exhaust gases.
