Lasooni paneer Ingredients Quantity Paneer 250 gms Garlic cloves 100 gms Refined flour 3 tsp 1 tsp Corn starch 2 tsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp Black pepper ¼ tsp Cooking soda 1 pinch Water as required Oil for deep frying Oil 1 tbsp chopped green chillies 2 no’s Black pepper ½ tsp Chillli flakes 1 tsp for garnish Soya sauce ½ tsp Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp for garnish Chaat masala 1 tsp for garnish Coriander sprig for garnish Method • Firstly take the paneer and cut it I to cubes • In a mixer grinder add garlic cloves and grind it • In a bowl add refined flour and corn starch, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, cooking soda, water as required and mix it well and keep it aside till the keep oil for deep frying, once its hot enough take the paneer in dip it in to the prepared mixture and deep fry it , fry it twice so that the paneer becomes crisp, remove it on a kitchen paper to remove excess oil and keep it aside . • In an another kadhai add some oil , garlic and fry it till it turns golden brown , once its golden brown strain the oil in to an another bowl , & let the garlic be in the same pan , now add green chilies , black pepper , chilli flakes , soya sauce , red chilli sauce , red chilli powder , chaat masala , add the fried paneer and toss it well . • Finally remove it in a serving plate , sprinkle some red chilli powder , chaat masala powder , chilli flakes and finally garnish it with coriander sprig Follow me on YouTube for the variety of dishes: Follow me on Facebook: Follow me on Twitter: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Linkedin: Follow me on Pinterest:
