Quick Rava laddu Recipe | Rawa Ladoo Kaise banae |आसान रवा लड्डू घर पर ft.  @CookWithParul  #ravaladdu #ravaladoo #laddurecipe Portions serving: 15-17 pieces Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Rava Ladoo is a popular Indian sweet that is made from semolina (suji or rava) and other delicious ingredients. It's a delightful treat that can be enjoyed during festivals or as a sweet indulgence. Here's a detailed recipe for making Rava Ladoo inspired by CookwithParul: To make Rava Ladoo, you will need the following ingredients: - 1 ½ cups of suji/rava - 3 tablespoons of ghee (clarified butter) - 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds ( badam) - 2 tablespoons of chopped cashews (kaju) - 1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios (pista) - ½ tablespoon of raisins (kishmish) - 1 cup of powdered sugar - ½ cup of desiccated coconut - 1 ½ tablespoons of fresh malai (cream) - ¼ cup of milk - ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder Now, let's proceed with the step-by-step method: 1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add 3 tablespoons of ghee to it. Allow the ghee to melt. 2. Once the ghee has melted, add the chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins to the pan. Stir and cook the nuts until they turn light golden brown and crunchy. Remove the nuts from the pan and set them aside to cool. 3. In the same pan, add 1 ½ cups of suji/rava. Reduce the heat to low and roast the suji/rava until it becomes fragrant and turns slightly golden. Stir it continuously to ensure even roasting. 4. Next, add ½ cup of desiccated coconut to the pan and continue to roast it along with the suji/rava. Keep stirring until the coconut turns light golden and releases a wonderful aroma. 5. Now, add 1 cup of powdered sugar to the pan and mix well. Make sure the sugar is evenly distributed throughout the mixture. 6. Add 1 ½ tablespoons of fresh malai to the pan and mix it thoroughly with the other ingredients. 7. Gradually pour ¼ cup of milk into the pan and mix everything together. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. 8. Once the mixture reaches the desired consistency and colour, add ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix it well to enhance the flavour of the ladoo. 9. Transfer the mixture onto a plate and allow it to cool down completely. 10. Once the mixture has cooled, crumble it using your hands. Add the previously set aside roasted nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins) to the crumbled mixture and mix them in. 11. Now, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round ladoos by rolling them between your palms. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture. 12. Your delicious Rava Ladoos are now ready to be served! Rava Ladoo can be enjoyed immediately or stored in an airtight container for a few days. These sweet treats make for a perfect addition to festive celebrations or a delightful dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. Enjoy!
