3-ingredient Healthy Mango Peach Popsicles🤩 These are a perfect treat for hot summer days☀️ • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile💗 • This recipe makes 8 small popsicles: 1 cup diced mango (2,5 dl, 1 mango) 1 cup diced peaches, skin removed (2,5 dl, 2 peaches)* juice of 1 lime • 1. Add all the ingredients into a blender 2. Pour into popsicle molds 3. Let set in the freezer for about 3 hours 4. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer • • *If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, replace the peaches with pineapple💛 #popsicles #recipe
