Intertitle talks of “home bred“ pigs which are “helping to reduce that 90 million pounds we yearly pay the foreigner for pork products.“ M/S of pigs being herded towards the camera. They are helped along by a whack with a big stick. Father pig is shown - he apparently has 70 wives and 3,000 children. Big close up of the pig and the big stick used to encourage it to pose. the name “Willson's Canadian Pig Powder“ is just legible on the stick - presumably a feed or medicine for pigs! The pig is given something to eat by hand. The pig has a big chew. Pedigree “Middle-whites“ are shown. They are very docile pigs - this is proven by sitting a young girl on the back of one of these huge pigs. The pig walks along with the girl riding on its back. Nash Farm in Keston is featured. Tiny piglets emerge from a barn prodded with the stick. We then see some slightly older pigs eating from a trough. Intertitle reads: “On this scientific farm they can produce of pork at a cost of 6d.“ C/U of a pig
