No prerequisites required! 💃🏽💪🏽 What I love about belly dancing is that it's weight-bearing, so it helps build strong bones, but it's also gentle, so there's no pounding on the joints (or pee-pee ? Did I just say that? Yes, yes I did, because I GET YOU if you struggle with this. Fun getting old, isn't it?).
