Sully is a Grey-Headed Flying-Fox who was found on the ground under some children's playground equipment. I thought she was dead - she wasn't stiff and she wasn't limp. She was very very cold as well and had concussion. She was comatose. A quick trip to the vet to get a spinal X-ray done, and some warmed IV fluids - and she wakes up. After 6 weeks in care she was released, still pregnant, to join the wild locals on Sydney's upper North Shore. We hope she had a safe delivery of a healthy baby who lives long and has lots of babies.
