Dedicated to the memory of the Belarusian national hero Kastus Kalinovsky (). The remains of the leader of the anti-Russian uprising of 1863, Kalinouski, were reburied in Vilnius on 22 November of 2019. Belarus, Lithuania and Poland consider him a hero.
