Butter Milk With Mint Leaves Summer Drink Recipe from India, Pudina Chaas Recipe, Summer Cooler by Celebrity Chef Harpal SIngh Sokhi Ingridients: Ginger Peeled- 1 inch piece Green chillies- 2 Cumin Powder 1tsp Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves- 2 Cups. Crushed Ice cubes. 1 cup or as required Yogurt- 2 Cups Method: Take a Jar add ginger, Add Green chillies, Add cumin Powder, Add Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves 2; Add lemon Juice, Crushed ice cubes add some water 4; And grind the mixture 5; Add yogurt to the mixture salt 1 tsp, Black salt -1/2 tsp, Some Ice cubes, 7. Grind the mixture again. 8. Sieve the mixture and pour it in glass to serve. Enjoy! This most Healthy Summer Drink.
