Salvaging a Roadkill Moose in Alaska

We jump at the opportunity to salvage a roadkill moose when we receive an unexpected phone call one evening. Little sleep and a massive amount of hard work is a small price to pay for priceless moose meat. We are grateful to have the processing behind us and for warm full bellies this winter.
