Hey everyone! I want to show you how to make my favorite simple healthy granola recipe. It's super simple, just a few ingredients, gluten-free, dairy-free, and fun to make! It's great for snacks, breakfast, and topping on fruit and yogurt. I hope you enjoy it! INGREDIENTS ½ cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 12-16 oz. bag of muesli DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat your oven to 300° 2. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a food processor 3. Add muesli into a large mixing bowl and mix with other ingredients 4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper 5. Bake for 20 minutes 6.
