#Khakhranachos is sprinkled with juicy tomato flavour that will capture your taste buds and refuse to release the zestful nachos till end. Ingredients Quantity Khakhra 2 No Rajma boiled 1 cup Red chilli powder ½ Tsp Garam masala powder ½ Tsp Mixed herbs 1 Tsp Chilli flakes 1 Tsp Salt To taste Red chilli sauce 1 Tbsp For salsa Onion chopped 1 no Tomato chopped 1 no Tomato ketchup ½ cup Red chilli sauce 1 Tbsp Coriander chopped 3 Tbsp Green chilli chopped 2 no Salt To taste Lime juice 1 No Method 1. In a bowl add 1 cup kidney beans and mash it. Add ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp chilli flakes, and salt as per taste. 2. Then add 1 tbsp red chilli sauce and mix it well , and keep it aside. 3. For salsa – in a bowl add 1 no onion chopped ,1 no tomato chopped , ½ cup tomato ketchup, 1 Tbsp red chilli sauce, 3 Tbsp coriander chopped, 2 no Green chilli chopped, salt as per taste, 1 no lime juice, and mix it well. 4. Place khakhra in serving plate and put some rajma beans mixture, and salsa on top. Grate cheese on top and serve immediately garnished with some coriander leaves.
